customer satisfaction. For special orders or general questions, please
call our Customer Service department.
RETURN POLICY
To guarantee your satisfaction, you have up to 30
days from date your order is shipped to return any merchandise for
any reason. You will be reimbursed for the total amount originally
invoiced less freight, handling and insurance charges in shipping
the original item or items to you. You will be responsible for returning
the item or items back to us, and you will be responsible for the
applicable return freight charges. There will be a 15% restocking
fee charged for all returned merchandise. We are not responsible for
items damaged or lost in transit. Please make claims directly with
the carrier.
We cannot accept returns for special orders or custom
manufactured items. Only stock products shown on the website can
be returned.

Shipping and handling

Special orders or custom manufactured items will be delivered and
shipped based on respective production timeframes. If you have an
urgent request, function or event date, please contact our customer
service department. Every effort will be made to accommodate your
request.
All orders ship UPS ground or USPS unless otherwise
specified.
We endeavor to keep inventory levels updated. Should a shortage
occur, you will be notified by phone or fax.
